The Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program is an innovative 12-week program that provides transitioning service members with professional training and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce. The professional development offered through the program prepares candidates for a smooth transition into meaningful civilian careers. Participating corporations benefit by gaining access to the best and brightest transitioning service members, while also developing a more comprehensive understanding of the veteran job market.

The Hiring Our Heroes Military Spouse Professional Network (MSPN) provides military spouses with career development and networking opportunities in military communities around the world. An integral part of Hiring Our Heroes’ Military Spouse Program, MSPN will empower military spouses at a grassroots level year-round.
Local MSPN events and programming connect military spouses with established networks, giving military spouses access to local business leaders, peers, and mentors, and support in their career development. MSPN also provides military spouses with online career development resources. Military spouses in similar occupations support each other in online communities and share career advice to enhance the career prospects of members of the community.

Developed through a collaborative partnership between Salesforce and Hiring Our Heroes, the program allows transitioning service members and military spouses to participate in 12-week fellowships for certified Salesforce professionals. The hands-on experience offered through the program prepares fellows for a smooth transition into Salesforce careers.
Fellowship candidates are carefully matched with participating companies based on the specific skills of the candidate and the preferences of both parties. Once matched with a host company, candidates undergo exclusive on-the-job training at their host company, gaining firsthand experience in the private sector.

The Skilled Trades Academy is a six-week, in-person training program that equips transitioning service members, veterans, and military and veteran spouses with foundational skills in construction, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry. Hosted in Jacksonville, North Carolina—just outside Camp Lejeune—this program is a launchpad to meaningful careers in the skilled trades.
