Overview

This cutting-edge initiative provides currently-serving military spouses with professional training, networking, and hands-on experience in the civilian workforce by facilitating placements into Career Accelerator, a 12-week Department of War fellowship program that expands career opportunities for military spouses.

Our team provides candidates with career preparation, training, and direct connection to employers for fellowships. These fellowships allow you to gain experience while showcasing your skills. During the fellowship, our team provides ongoing support to both the fellow and the host employer to pave the way to lasting employment. In fact, our fellowships have an 85% job offer rate.
