What to Expect

Amplify combines professional development with direct access to employers. During interactive workshops, military spouses gain practical career tools, expand their professional network, and learn strategies for navigating common employment challenges. Participants then put those skills into action at a Hiring Our Heroes hiring event featuring local and national employers.

Program Details

Amplify helps military spouses build careers that can thrive through military life. Participants engage in interactive workshops focused on overcoming common employment challenges such as career interruptions, frequent relocations, and translating diverse experiences into compelling professional stories. Topics include resume development, interviewing techniques, LinkedIn optimization, compensation negotiation, strategic networking, and personal brand development.

Amplify is offered in both in-person and virtual formats.
