Through HOH's Corporate Fellowship Program, service members are paired with solar industry employers for 12 weeks of work-based learning in diverse professional opportunities within this growing industry. Fellowships for spouses of currently serving U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force and Space Force, to include active reserve and National Guard components, are supported by the Department of Defense’s Military Spouse Career Accelerator Pilot (MSCAP).

Step 1. To begin your fellowship application process, please first visit DoD's Spouse Education & Career Opportunities site and click the green button to use your DS Logon credentials to create an account.

Step 2. Then visit the MSCAP registration page, log in to your SECO account, and complete the short registration form at the bottom of the page. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your fellowship application.
