On August 21, 2019, [company name] signed the pledge to join the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and the Department of Veterans Affairs to discuss mental health and emotional wellbeing in the workplace. By signing this pledge, we joined a coalition of private and public sector partners to best to support the President’s Roadmap to Empower Veterans and End the National Tragedy of Suicide (PREVENTS) Executive Order Task Force.

Our coalition worked to identify best practices for creating a mentally healthy workplace, shared lessons-learned, and identified ongoing challenges. We also agreed to learn from our veterans, understand their struggles, and explore how best to leverage their experience for the benefit of all Americans.

Together, have gathered strategies, tools and resources to create a Practical Guide for Employers on Wellbeing in the Workplace. In this guide, you will find action items that your organization can take to address the mental health challenges your employees are facing.
