Transition Summits with Hiring Our Heroes & USO Pathfinder
Hiring Our Heroes and USO Pathfinder have teamed up to host one- and two-day transition summits focused on the military-to-civilian career transition held on U.S. military installations across the globe. These events are local efforts powered by national resources, representing a fundamental shift in the way communities support military hiring.
Transition Summits feature interactive and informative panel discussions, recruiter training, and facilitated discussions focused on improving competitive employment for service members, veterans, and military spouses. Summits also include industry-specific employment briefs, resume and networking workshops for military job seekers, and an employment and networking reception or hiring fair for employers, military leaders, and job seekers.
