  • Support Engineer
    In this 16-week training course, you’ll learn to become skilled in fixing and improving on technical problems, including network configuration, account setup, and more. Learn more.
  • ADC Analyst
    In this 16-week training course, you’ll learn to become focused on operational excellence and troubleshooting complex system operations to help U.S. Government agencies implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve technical problems. A current, active Top Secret SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph (or higher) clearance is required. Learn more.

Frequently Asked Questions
While the entire learning program is virtual, there are two locations for in-person training:
    1. Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA (PTDY and berthing available if approved via your command)
    2. Joint Base Myers Henderson-Hall, VA
As this program is available virtually, if approved by your command or if you have the ability to commit to training 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST, you will be able to participate in the program in local U.S. times.
For the ADC Analyst role, only basic experience with computers and an understanding of troubleshooting are required. For the Support Engineer role, please refer to the qualifications in the job description for more info.
Yes. As part of the acceptance process, all candidates who meet the job requirements will be interviewed. AWS will provide more details on the interview process after you apply.
This is an instructor-led program, so you must be present (either online or in person) for all of the training components of the 16-week course. AWS will provide more information to those candidates before being selected for the interviews.
